Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide clients access to electronic liquidity through Multi-Dealer Platforms and Nomura Live.

- Manage client onboarding and configuration for electronic trading platforms.

- Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients requiring electronic trading support.

- Provide first-line customer support and coordinate with Sales, Trading, and Technology teams to resolve issues.

- Ensure electronic trading access is granted in accordance with established policies and procedures.

- Deliver real-time support to ensure a seamless electronic FX trading experience.

- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain effective operations.

Requisites

- Experience working within financial markets.

- Knowledge of OTC and Cash FX products and markets.

- Exposure to electronic trading platforms is desirable.

- Experience in a market's client service or client support role is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
