Job Title: All-Rounder Bakery & Counter Assistant (With South Indian Section)

Location: Dhubri, Assam (On-site)

Salary: ₹9,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Depends on education and experience)

Languages Needed: Hindi is perfectly fine. Basic Assamese or Bengali is a plus, but not mandatory.About the Role:

We are a small bakery shop in Dhubri, Assam, looking for a fresher or trainee ready to relocate here immediately. You will be a true all-rounder helping across the bakery line, running our South Indian snack section, and managing the front counter.Your Daily Work:

- South Indian Section: Preparing batter, making Dosas and Idlis, and managing the live counter.
- Bakery Duties: Helping make Savory Snacks (Patties, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Chicken 65 Rolls, Crumb-fried Fish Chops) and Bakery Items (Breads, Muffins, Pain au Chocolat, basic Pastries).
- Counter & Sales Duties: Managing the display display, taking customer orders, handling billing/cash,



and keeping the shop clean.

Requirements:

- Open to freshers, kitchen helpers, or hotel management trainees.
- Must know how to pour and make a clean, crispy Dosa and soft Idlis.
- Polite, well-mannered, and comfortable dealing with walk-in customers.
- Must be 100% willing to relocate to a small town (Dhubri, Assam).
