Wissen Technology is looking for an experienced AI Solution Engineer to join an enterprise RES Modernization programme at a leading global financial services firm.
This role is ideal for a strong .NET engineer who has expanded into Python and production-grade Generative AI and wants to build intelligent, scalable business applications.
? What you'll do
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core.
- Build Python-based AI components, retrieval pipelines and LLM/agent workflows.
- Implement RAG, prompt orchestration, grounding and AI evaluation.
- Integrate AI capabilities into real enterprise product workflows.
- Work with cloud technologies, SQL, REST APIs, CI/CD and containerized environments.
- Follow enterprise standards for security, code quality, testing and change management.
? Must-have skills
- 3-7 years of production software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core.
- Production-level Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and/or AI agents.
- Experience with SQL, REST APIs, Azure or AWS, CI/CD and containers.
- Exposure to regulated enterprise environments and formal engineering controls.
? Good to have
- Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Snowflake / Cortex.
- .NET Framework modernization experience.
- Financial services or real estate / lease management domain experience.
