The role

As an AI Coach, you coach enterprise teams to use AI in their daily work and design the solutions that make it stick. You understand the client's need, shape and propose the programme, win buy-in, deliver it, and then help the client apply AI to real workflows.

What you will own

- Client needs: Run discovery with L&D; heads, CXOs and business leaders. Find the capability gap behind the request.
- Proposals: Turn discovery into a clear proposal with scope, outcomes, timeline and delivery plan. Work with our content team on the design.
- Programme effectiveness: Present to senior stakeholders and procurement. Back every claim with evidence from past programmes and client data.
- Coaching and delivery: Facilitate workshops, bootcamps and cohort programmes. Coach participants on their own workflows and tools, in the room and between sessions.
- Solutions: Identify use cases, redesign workflows, recommend tools and shape AI roadmaps for client teams. This grows from supporting senior coaches in your first months to leading engagements.




- Outcomes: Track adoption and capability gains after delivery. Use the results to renew and expand the engagement.

What we are looking for

Must have

- 6 to 10 years in product, consulting or client-facing solutions roles
- Daily hands-on use of Gen AI tools, with real use cases you can demo
- Technical enough to talk to engineering and data teams, business-minded enough to talk to a CFO
- Sharp structured thinking and writing, especially proposals and client briefs
- Confident presenting to senior leaders and handling hard questions
- Experience influencing or selling in relationship-led, procurement-heavy enterprise settings

Good to have

- Prior experience designing or delivering corporate training, bootcamps or workshops
- Consulting background in strategy, digital or technology advisory
- Enterprise buyer exposure in India, Southeast Asia or the GCC
- Exposure to change management or adoption programmes
