Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement observability capabilities for AI/ML and LLM-based applications.
- Define telemetry, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing approaches for AI system components.
- Analyze model and application behavior to identify reliability, latency, and operational issues.
- Develop instrumentation and diagnostic workflows for LLM inference and generative AI services.
- Establish engineering standards for monitoring AI system health and supporting production troubleshooting.

Skills Required:

- 7 - 9 years of relevant experience in AI engineering, machine learning platforms, software engineering, or observability.




- Strong hands-on experience with observability engineering for distributed or AI-driven systems.
- Practical experience across AI/ML concepts, platforms, and production machine learning workloads.
- Experience developing or integrating applications based on large language models.
- Ability to design telemetry and tracing strategies for scalable AI services and APIs.

Positive to Have:
- Experience with OpenTelemetry instrumentation and telemetry standards.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
