Job Title: AGM - Plant Operations (SMT)

The AGM - Plant Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing facility. This role involves managing production processes, ensuring product quality, and implementing strategies for operational efficiency. The AGM will lead a team of supervisors and technicians, focusing on achieving production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize process flows and manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all SMT production operations to ensure productive and effective manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve throughput, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs, conducting regular analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead and mentor plant personnel, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
