We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Schemes & Discounts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing creative discount strategies and promotional schemes that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

- Design, implement, and optimize pricing schemes and discounts that align with business goals and market dynamics.

- Evaluate the impact of existing schemes and discounts on sales performance and profitability.

- Liaise with product management and procurement teams to ensure that pricing schemes align with product availability, margins, and inventory levels.

- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding the performance of schemes, and recommend improvements or adjustments based on analysis.

- Ensure that promotional schemes and discount programs are cost-effective and within budget.

- Work with finance to monitor the financial impact of discounts and promotions, ensuring they align with the organization's financial goals.
