About the Role

Pumo Technovation is looking for a passionate Aerospace Design & Analysis Technical Trainer with an academic background in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering and hands-on knowledge of CATIA, Siemens NX CAD, and ANSYS.

Candidates must have practical knowledge of all three software tools. Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and software skills are welcome to apply.

Language requirement: English and Kannada are mandatory, along with at least one additional language.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions in Aerospace Design and Analysis.
- Train students in CATIA, Siemens NX CAD, and ANSYS.
- Teach aerospace CAD modelling, part design, assembly design and engineering drawing fundamentals.
- Introduce students to aerospace component design and aircraft structural concepts.
- Train students in fundamental engineering analysis using ANSYS.
- Explain Finite Element Analysis (FEA), meshing, boundary conditions, loading and result interpretation.
- Guide students through practical aerospace design and simulation projects.
- Develop training materials, assignments, exercises and project modules.
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Mentor students in project development, technical interview preparation and industry-oriented skills.
- Stay updated with aerospace design and simulation tools, workflows and industry practices.

- Fundamentals of Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Pre-processing and meshing
- Structural analysis fundamentals
- Applying loads and boundary conditions
- Post-processing and result interpretation

Important: Practical knowledge of all three tools — CATIA, Siemens NX CAD and ANSYS — is mandatory. Candidates proficient in only one or two tools will not meet the core requirement.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
- Candidates from other engineering backgrounds will not be considered for this role unless they meet the specified Aeronautical/Aerospace qualification requirement.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant aerospace design, CAD, CAE or simulation experience are preferred.
- Academic projects, internships and practical software projects will be considered for freshers.

Language Requirements — Mandatory Candidates must be proficient in at least three languages, including:

- English — Mandatory
- Kannada — Mandatory
- One additional language — Mandatory, such as Tamil, Telugu, Hindi or Malayalam.
