Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Bengaluru.

The Admissions

Counselor will guide prospective students through course selection, test preparation options, and overseas admission pathways, ensuring they understand available programs and services.

Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries in person and via phone or email, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and application status. The role involves coordinating with training and immigration teams,



assisting in university and visa application processes, and following up with applicants to support them at each stage.

The Admissions

Counselor will also participate in outreach activities, support walk-in consultations, and contribute to meeting enrollment and service quality goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively counsel diverse student populations and build trust.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver responsive support, handle queries professionally, and ensure a positive applicant experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify student needs, explain suitable programs, and support conversion of inquiries into enrollments ethically and transparently.
- Candidates should possess Education-related skills, including basic understanding of overseas education systems, standardized tests, and university admission processes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Education, Counseling, Business, or related fields.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and use CRM or MS Office tools for documentation and communication.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, overseas education consulting, or admissions is an advantage.
