We are looking for an Admission Counsellor to join our team. The person will help students with their questions, explain our courses and programs, follow up with leads, and support the admission process. ? Location: Shalimar Garden Extension 2, Ghaziabad ? Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office) ? Gender: Female candidates preferred ? Experience: 6 months to 1+ year preferred ? Educational Requirement: 12th Pass or Above Key Responsibilities Talk to students and answer their questions. Guide students about courses, test series, and platform features.
Handle calls and WhatsApp queries. Explain courses and programs in a simple and clear way. Follow up with interested students and leads. Help convert leads into admissions. Update student and lead details in the CRM.
Solve student problems and provide proper support. Take feedback from students. Keep all records and information updated.
Job Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass . 6 months to 1 year of experience is preferred. Good Hindi and English communication skills . Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM, and WhatsApp . Good communication and convincing skills.
Experience in tele-calling, customer support, sales, or counselling will be an advantage.
