Job Overview

Animeria Institute is looking for a confident, professional, and result-oriented Admission Counselor who has knowledge of computer courses and can guide students regarding course selection, career opportunities, fees, and admissions.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, counselling abilities, and the ability to convert student enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media leads.
- Generate Visits from Calling.
- Counsel students regarding available courses, course duration, fees, syllabus, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the institute’s courses and training programs.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course benefits, practical training, and career-oriented learning opportunities.
- Maintain enquiry records, follow-up details, and admission data.
- Coordinate with trainers and the management team regarding batches and course information.
- Meet monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.

Required Course Knowledge The candidate should have knowledge of, or the ability to confidently explain, courses such as:
- Basic Computer Courses
- Advanced Excel
- Data Analytics
- Graphic Designing
- Video Editing




- Digital Marketing
- Web Designing & Web Development
- Python Programming
- Tally Prime with GST
- AI Tools and Generative AI Courses

Important: Candidates who have previously worked in a computer institute, training centre, ed-tech company, or educational counselling role will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable Hindi and basic-to-good English communication.
- Strong student counselling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to understand course details and explain them clearly.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
- Experience in handling leads and converting enquiries into admissions.

Eligibility
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred in admission counselling, education sales, or a similar role.
- Candidates with relevant course knowledge and strong communication skills may also apply.
- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of computer courses may be considered.

Salary Salary: As per experience and skills. Incentives may be offered based on admission performance.
