We are looking for an Accounts & Payroll Executive with practical knowledge of accounting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance, including EPF and ESI filing.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers, perform bank reconciliation, and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly salary statements based on employee attendance and leave records.
- Calculate and process monthly EPF and ESI contributions.
- Handle online EPF and ESI filing, ECR preparation, challan generation, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain employee payroll records and statutory registers.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting and compliance.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist with monthly closing, audit documentation, and other accounting activities.




- Ensure timely completion of accounting work and statutory compliance requirements.
- Any other accounting works assigned by the management

Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.Com or equivalent commerce qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting and payroll experience.
- Practical knowledge of EPF and ESI calculations and online filing procedures is required.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in both accounting and monthly EPF/ESI compliance will be preferred.

Office Timing : 10 Am to 7.00 Pm (Monday to Saturday)
