We are looking to hire Accounts Executive for Kolkata Location with 3+ years of experience
Job Profile :
- Receipt accounting on daily basis
- Issue DN/CN on case to case basis
- Issuing Sub Agency Credit Notes monthly activity
- TDS receivable - Preparing file, sending mails to customers & followup, accounting the TDS certificates.
- Accounting IBT invoices - Linde/Praxair shipments & passing of IBT JV's for knocking off the invoices to explicit the outstanding.
- Making advance payments, accounting of Airline invoices & knocking off the same after passing of the vouchers.
- Assisting in MIS closing - Clearing of pending activity, Expense provisions (both Operational/Non operational) both Jeena & JFS & resolving system issues.
