Desired Candidate Profile

· B-Com must, Commerce Graduate minimum.

· 03 to 05 years of total work experience in Accounts.

· BUSY Software knowledge is MUST.

Skills & Abilities -

· Candidate must be good in Excel & MS Office.

· Candidate should be smart and articulate with good communication and presentation skill

· Problem solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

· Strong knowledge of General Accounting/Banking principles

· Practical experience with online payments (RTGS/NEFT)

Hands-on experience in EPF, ESI, TDS, and GST compliances

· Positive working knowledge of MS Excel

· Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance

· Handle online payments through RTGS, NEFT, and other banking platforms

· Prepare and process vendor payments and customer receipts

· Ensure timely compliance with EPF, ESI, including monthly returns and reconciliations





· Handle TDS calculations, deductions, challans, and returns

· Manage GST compliance including invoice verification, returns filing, and reconciliations

· Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

· Knowledge of import & export documentation for banking of Letter of Credit, etc.

· Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams as required

. To be part of the daily operations of the accounting department like Preparing Invoices, Day to Day Accounting, Receipts, General Ledger, Payroll and Utilities, Cash and Bank Book, and petty cash management

· Handling various report of debit and credit note

· Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
