About the Role
We are looking for an Accounting Software Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience in accounting software configuration, implementation, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure accounting software based on client requirements.
- Set up Chart of Accounts, taxes, ledgers, and opening balances.
- Understand business transactions and map them to appropriate accounting entries.
- Validate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
- Gather client requirements, conduct user training, and support go-live.
- Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and coordinate with technical teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting software implementation or ERP implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Understanding of financial reports, transaction flows, and bank reconciliation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with POS/ERP systems and VAT/GST is an added advantage.
