Maintain purchase, sales, payment and receipt records. Work on Tally Prime and Zoho Books .
Prepare invoices and maintain accounting records. Assist with GST documentation and reconciliation. Perform bank and ledger reconciliation. Prepare accounting reports using MS Excel. Use basic AI tools for accounting, reporting and data management.
Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
Required
SkillsBasic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge. Working knowledge of Tally Prime and Zoho Books. Basic understanding of AI tools. Good knowledge of MS Excel. Basic GST and taxation knowledge. Valuable communication and analytical skills.
