Accountant — Maa Shakti Enterprise group (brand CLAVINET), Surat Full-time on-site Reports to the Managing Director Works with our external CA Role Own day-to-day accounts and statutory compliance for three firms a women’s ethnic wear manufacturer selling on Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra and Amazon.

Responsibilities Books: daily entries in Radix for all three firms — sales, purchases, expenses, jobwork, bank; kept audit-ready at all times Marketplace reconciliation: match Meesho/Flipkart/Myntra/Amazon settlement reports to sales, returns and RTOs; account for commissions, TCS and 194-O TDS deducted by the marketplaces GST: GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B for three GSTINs, 2B vs purchase-register matching, marketplace TCS credit claims, job-work challans and ITC-04 TDS: monthly working (194C karigars/contractors, 194Q purchases, salaries), deposit by the 7th, quarterly 26Q/24Q data to the CA, PAN collection from deductees Karigars (jobworkers): challans, bills, advances and payment ageing for stitching, embroidery, print and other jobwork, in our Google Sheets hisaab system Payroll:



monthly salary for ~50 staff with attendance, advances and statutory deductions as applicable Banking: multiple accounts per firm — daily entries, reconciliation, vendor payment scheduling, UPI/petty-expense tracking Year-end: tax-audit data, finalisation support, CA coordination, income-tax and audit queries Requirements B.Com minimum; M.Com or CA Inter preferred 3–5 years in accounts of a manufacturing/trading firm; textile, garment or e-commerce-seller experience preferred Radix (our software) or Tally with willingness to switch; solid Excel/Google Sheets (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, pivots) Practical GST and TDS knowledge — has filed returns, not just assisted Deadline-owner: maintains the compliance calendar and does not miss due dates Gujarati/Hindi; working English for portals and email Terms Salary: No bar for right candidate Timings: Mon to Sat: 10 to 8, Sun: 10 to 2 Location: Raghuvir Scarlett Market, Saroli, Surat
