Role Description The Accountant (GST & Payroll) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations, statutory deductions, and timely disbursement.

The accountant will handle GST-related accounting, including preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliation of GST input/output, and compliance with relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include updating accounting records in appropriate software, maintaining employee payroll data, verifying employment contracts for compensation terms,



and coordinating with HR and management on payroll and tax queries. The role also requires regular reporting, documentation, and support during audits or compliance reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Management and Payroll Services to handle end-to-end payroll processes.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Payroll Taxes and statutory deductions to ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and related tools for accurate financial and payroll record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Employment Contracts to interpret compensation, benefits, and statutory obligations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in taxation or payroll are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HR, management, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in GST accounting and payroll processing, preferably in a consultancy or multi-client environment, is highly beneficial.
