Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST and TDS filing, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and financial data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoices, outstanding payments, and customer collections.
- Prepare and process vendor payments within the approved timelines.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare, verify, and file GST returns and TDS returns within the applicable deadlines.
- Maintain GST and TDS records, supporting documents, and statutory compliance data.
- Create and maintain accounting data, vendor records, customer records, and financial entries in the accounting system.
- Verify invoices, bills, debit notes, credit notes, and expense claims.
- Monitor vendor balances, customer outstanding amounts,



and payment schedules.
- Assist in ledger scrutiny, month-end closing, and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax assessments.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding accounting and payment-related matters.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Practical experience in GST and TDS return filing and compliance.
- Good understanding of bank reconciliation and vendor payment processing.
- Experience in accounting data creation, entry, verification, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
