Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and general ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Assist with monthly financial statements and reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of receipts and expenses.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance as applicable.




- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Support payroll accounting and other finance-related activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail.
