Role Description The Account Manager intern will support day-to-day client relationship management and project coordination for branding, digital, and content initiatives. This internship role is hybrid, based in Gurgaon, with some flexibility for work from home as project needs allow.

Responsibilities include assisting in briefing and debriefing sessions, tracking project timelines and deliverables, preparing status reports, and ensuring explicit communication between clients and internal teams. The intern will help organize meetings, document requirements, support proposal and presentation development,



and monitor performance metrics across ongoing engagements. This role offers exposure to strategic branding, creative processes, and emerging technologies while learning to balance client expectations with studio standards.

Qualifications

- Client and project coordination skills, including stakeholder communication, meeting organization, and follow-up on action items.
- Ability to support brand, content, and digital projects by consolidating briefs, documenting requirements, and aligning teams on objectives.
- Strong analytical and research abilities to understand client industries, competitors, and user behavior, with interest in strategy and consulting.
- Comfort working with creative and design teams, with basic familiarity or interest in branding, communication design, and digital experiences.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with clear, professional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Gurgaon, demonstrating reliability, collaboration, and self-management.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, design management, or a related field; interest in AI and emerging tech is a plus.
