Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Supply Chain Management and Operations Team

Lead and manage Junior Executives, Client Account Executives, Operations Executives and Interns

Ensure smooth Order Processing, Order Management and timely Dispatch Coordination

Review Packaging Material Management, Documentation, Invoice, Challan and Dispatch Records

Track MIS,



Excel Reports, Data Management and overall account performance

Handle Client Escalation, Issue Resolution and long-term Client Relationship Management

Eligibility & Preferred Background

Graduate / Post-Graduate - MBA, BBA, BCom, MCom, BSc, MSc, BA

5+ years experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Customer Relationship Management or Operations Management

Experience in Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Manufacturing or Export-Import Operations preferred

Candidates with background in Client Services, Customer Care, Call Center Operations, Telecalling Management, Business Support, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling will be an added advantage

Solid Leadership Quality, Team Management, Communication Skills, Problem Solving ability and awareness of Market Trends and Brand Growth
