Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and proactive Account Manager with 2+ years of digital marketing agency experience to manage multiple client accounts, drive brand growth, and ensure successful campaign execution.

This role requires strong client management, strategic thinking, social media knowledge, and performance marketing understanding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with client goals.
- Coordinate content creation, creatives, reels, and campaigns with internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling meetings, feedback, approvals, and reporting.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, creative,



and performance marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and growth; provide actionable insights.
- Support paid campaigns with a positive understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing metrics.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
- Experience managing 5–8 client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong client servicing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, branding, and content planning.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and performance marketing metrics.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
