Role Description The Account Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The intern will assist the accounts and finance team with daily bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of customer and dealer accounts.

Responsibilities include tracking payments and receivables, updating records in internal systems, and preparing basic reports and summaries for management. The role also supports account management activities such as handling customer queries related to billing,



coordinating with dealers on account-related issues, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The Account

Intern will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and customer service teams to help ensure smooth, transparent transactions across the marketplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, check accuracy of records, and support account reconciliations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams, customers, and dealers.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, including basics of accounting, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to account-related queries and support a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Account Management abilities to help maintain relationships with key dealers and ensure timely follow-up on account issues.
- Relevant qualifications such as ongoing or completed studies in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field are beneficial.
