We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with knowledge of GST, TDS, Jobber and Trader accounting, and stock broking-related financial operations. Candidates familiar with Shilpi Software will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage GST calculations, reconciliations, return preparation and compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations and timely filings.
- Manage Jobber and Trader accounting, including ledger maintenance and transaction reconciliation.
- Handle stock broking accounting, including trade settlements and brokerage-related entries.
- Reconcile bank accounts, client ledgers and other financial records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant accounting experience, preferably in the stock broking industry.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Jobber and Trader accounting.
- Familiarity with Shilpi Software is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting entries, ledger reconciliation and financial reporting.
- - Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
