About the Role: TruIntel Reform Foundation is looking for a confident, target-driven Academic Counsellor to connect with prospective customers and explain its programmes, including POSH Prevention &
Certification and Honorary Doctorate Recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain programmes and guide interested prospects.
- Conduct consultative counselling and handle objections.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into enrolments.
- Maintain lead records and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Excellent spoken communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in telesales, counselling, or B2C sales is preferred.
- Graduates are preferred.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.
