OneTrust Platform Ownership

- Administer, maintain, and optimize the OneTrust platform across global processes and business functions.
- Maintain and enhance modules, workflows, templates, forms, fields, notifications, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage dependencies across assessments, rules, conditional logic, branching, and automated workflows.
- Translate privacy, legal, and operational requirements into practical technical solutions within OneTrust.
- Lead or support new module implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts.
- Support and maintain integration between OneTrust and connected enterprise systems.
- Partner with technical teams on interface improvements, issue resolution, and new capabilities.
- Act as expert point of contact for platform users and stakeholders globally.
- Troubleshoot tool related incidents, resolve user issues, and manage tickets through to completion.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve controls.

- Desired skills : Experience with OneTrust modules such as Assessments, Data Mapping, Risks, Data Subject Rights, Incident Management, and Reporting.• Experience working in privacy operations, compliance technology, GRC, or enterprise platforms.• Knowledge of APIs, data flows, or enterprise system connectivity.• Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, or similar is advantageous.• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
