Job Summary
Torc Edu is looking for an experienced 4-Wheeler Automobile Technician who is interested in transitioning into a Technical Trainer role.
We are primarily looking for someone with strong practical workshop knowledge. Previous teaching experience is not mandatory if the candidate has good technical knowledge, communication skills and the ability to demonstrate and explain automotive repair procedures.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on 4-wheeler workshop experience
- Strong knowledge of automobile mechanical systems
- Practical experience in vehicle diagnosis and fault finding
- Ability to perform and demonstrate repair and maintenance procedures
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a practical and understandable manner
- Guide students during workshop practical sessions
- Maintain proper workshop practices, safety and discipline
- Dealership or reputed multi-brand workshop experience preferred
Experience with engine systems, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical/electronic systems, scan-tool diagnostics and general vehicle maintenance will be an advantage. Who Should Apply?
