? Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Interior Visualizer with strong expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and photorealistic rendering. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality interior visualizations for residential and commercial real estate projects, translating architectural drawings and design concepts into realistic and visually compelling images.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D interior renders for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements.
- Set up realistic lighting, materials, textures, camera angles, and compositions.
- Interpret architectural drawings,



floor plans, references, and design briefs accurately.
- Maintain consistency in materials, furniture styles, lighting, and visual quality across project deliverables.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Optimize scenes, rendering settings, and workflows to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, rendering techniques, and visualization tools.

✅ Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in 3D interior visualization.
- Robust proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer or V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, material realism, texturing, composition, and interior aesthetics.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and convert concepts into realistic visualizations.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality interior renders is essential.
