Role Description The 3D Designer role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the designer creates high-quality 3D visuals and event concepts for stages, exhibits, installations, and immersive spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing 3D models, applying lighting and textures, collaborating with graphic designers and animators, and preparing presentation-ready renders for client pitches.

The 3D Designer works closely with event planners, production teams, and technical specialists to translate creative briefs into practical designs that can be executed on-site.



The role also involves revising designs based on feedback, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines, and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills for creating detailed event environments and structures.
- Proficiency in Lighting techniques to enhance mood, realism, and visual impact in 3D renders.
- Graphic Design capabilities to produce supporting visual assets and integrate branding into event concepts.
- Experience with Animation for showcasing event flows, interactive elements, or agile visual presentations.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, visualize concepts quickly, and present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
