Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled 2D Game Developer with strong experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and 2D game development frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing interactive games, implementing game mechanics, integrating animations, and optimizing performance across platforms.

Experience in slot games, casino games, or iGaming applications will be highly preferred.

This role is focused on game development and programming, rather than traditional graphic design or standalone 2D artwork creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain engaging 2D games using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Build interactive gaming experiences using HTML5 and frameworks such as PixiJS.
- Implement core game mechanics, gameplay logic, animations,



transitions, and interactive UI elements.
- Integrate sprites, textures, visual assets, and animation sequences into game applications.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, animators, and backend developers to deliver complete gaming experiences.
- Develop and maintain reusable game components, modules, and code structures.
- Optimize rendering performance, memory usage, loading times, and frame rates.
- Debug gameplay issues, resolve technical defects, and ensure smooth game execution.
- Integrate APIs and backend services wherever required for game functionality.
- Ensure compatibility and responsiveness across supported browsers, devices, and screen resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and release activities.
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Positive understanding of HTML5, CSS, and browser-based application development.
- Hands-on experience with a 2D game development framework, preferably PixiJS.
- Understanding of game loops, rendering pipelines, event handling, animation systems, and game-state management.
- Experience working with sprites, sprite sheets, textures, asset loading, and interactive game elements.
- Knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, and memory management.
- Familiarity with Git or other version-control systems.




- Ability to write modular, maintainable, and performance-oriented code.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience developing slot games, casino games, or iGaming products.
- Familiarity with reels, paylines, symbols, bonus rounds, multipliers, free spins, and other slot-game mechanics.
- Experience with Spine animations or integrating animated game assets.
- Knowledge of game mathematics, random number generation concepts, and integration with backend-controlled game outcomes.
- Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, or real-time application communication.
- Familiarity with game testing, cross-browser compatibility, and deployment workflows.
- A portfolio or playable demo showcasing previous game development work.

We are looking for candidates who:
- Have at least 2 years of relevant game development experience.
- Enjoy building interactive games and solving technical challenges.
- Can independently implement game functionality and troubleshoot development issues.
- Have a strong understanding of programming fundamentals and game performance.
- Can work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.

Important Note: This is a developer-oriented role, not a pure 2D Game Artist, Graphic Designer, or Animator position. Candidates with strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and hands-on 2D game development experience will be prioritized.
