Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and creative 2D Draftsman and 3D Interior Designer with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as V-Ray or Enscape. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD. Develop 3D models and interior design concepts using SketchUp.
Create realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs using V-Ray or Enscape. Prepare furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and other interior working drawings. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and site teams to understand project requirements.
Revise drawings and 3D models based on client feedback. Ensure design accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery.
Required
SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and technical drawings. Robust knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modelling and design development.
Experience with V-Ray or Enscape for realistic rendering. Understanding of interior design, materials, lighting, textures, and space planning. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
QualificationsDiploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Relevant experience in interior design, architectural drafting, or 3D visualization is preferred. A portfolio of 2D drawings and 3D renders will be an advantage.
