Job Title: Manager - Training

Job Description:
The Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs for staff across various departments. This role involves assessing training needs, creating instructional materials, and delivering training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The Manager will collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of training initiatives with company goals and will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop training programs that address identified skill gaps and enhance employee performance.




- Conduct training needs assessments and work closely with department heads to tailor training initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions using a variety of teaching methods such as presentations, workshops, and e-learning.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Coordinate with external training vendors and manage relationships to optimize resources.
- Prepare training manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.
- Prepare reports on training activities and present findings to senior management.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in training design and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
