About us

We're an Australian 3D printing services company serving businesses, engineers and designers across Australia. We're moving our manufacturing to India and are building a team here to look after our Australian clients.

What you'll do

- Manage our client inbox: reply to client enquiries, quote requests and order updates clearly and professionally.

- Answer and make calls on our Australian business number during Australian business hours.

- Prepare 3D printing quotes using our pricing method (full training provided).

- Follow up on quotes, confirm orders and keep clients updated on production and delivery.

- Coordinate with our India production team on job details and timelines.

- Keep client records and email threads organised.

Requirements

- Excellent written English. Your emails should read like a native speaker wrote them.

- Fluent spoken English with a explicit, neutral accent that Australian clients easily understand

- Confident on the phone with international clients

- Available Monday–Friday in the Australian 9-to-5 shift (early morning IST)

- A laptop, stable internet and a quiet place to work





- 1+ years in international customer support, client success, inside sales or a similar role (preferred)

Good to have

- Experience with Australian, UK or US clients

- Familiarity with 3D printing, manufacturing or engineering terms

- Experience with Gmail or Outlook, Google Sheets and a CRM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
