Manage daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Valet, Maintenance, support functions.

Ensure smooth operations, high guest satisfaction, service standards, team coordination, operational efficiency.

· Support pricing, promotions, and campaigns to drive business at the property level

· Engage with local corporate clients, event organizers, and travel planners to push business Lead, mentor, and develop on-ground portfolio hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest experience in the segment

· Train hotel staff in brand values, SOPs, and customer service skills to ensure consistency

· Solid communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· Proven experience in property acquisition and/or sales in hospitality.

· Knowledge and experience in the MICE segment is highly desirable.

· Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

· Entrepreneurial approach with a strong focus on execution and accountability
