Job Title: Placement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end student placements and ensure eligible students/certified candidates are placed with suitable corporate employers.
- Build and maintain relationships with BFSI recruiters, corporate HR teams, and hiring managers.
- Secure live job mandates and placement opportunities from Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, Insurance Companies, Wealth Management Firms, Broking Houses, and FinTech Companies.
- Connect qualified students and certified candidates with relevant job opportunities.
- Manage the complete placement process, from job mandates and candidate shortlisting to interviews, offers, and joining.
- Support candidates with CV preparation, interview readiness, and BFSI-focused career preparation.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities with corporate partners.




- Work towards achieving placement targets, improving offer-to-joining conversion, and securing better CTC packages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in placements, corporate relations, recruitment, or career services.
- Solid experience in building corporate relationships and coordinating with recruiters.
- Knowledge of the BFSI industry, including banking, wealth management, insurance, mutual funds, and FinTech.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to achieve placement targets and manage multiple hiring mandates.

Job Locations: Moti Nagar, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
