Job Summary

Tirupati Balajee is looking for an experienced and responsible Export–Import (EXIM) Executive to manage end-to-end export and import operations, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Indian customs procedures, ICEGATE, DGFT regulations, and international shipping documentation, with the ability to independently manage shipments and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete export and import documentation and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and logistics partners.
- Prepare and verify shipping bills, Bills of Entry, commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and other EXIM documents.
- Handle ICEGATE operations, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
- Manage IEC, DGFT-related documentation, Certificates of Origin, and other compliance requirements.
- Coordinate import shipments, customs duty payments, cargo clearance, and delivery to the factory or designated location.
- Manage export shipments, vessel bookings, container planning, and dispatch schedules.
- Handle SEZ-related documentation and compliance, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with banks for export documentation, foreign remittances, and payment follow-ups.




- Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely completion of export–import activities.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international shipping requirements, and Incoterms.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in export–import operations.
- Solid knowledge of Indian Customs procedures, ICEGATE, DGFT, and EXIM documentation.
- Hands-on experience coordinating with CHAs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
- Good understanding of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in manufacturing or export-oriented industries.
- Knowledge of SEZ operations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to independently manage export and import shipments, from documentation and customs clearance to final delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to logistics coordination.
