Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive – Post Sales to manage customer relationships and provide support throughout the post-booking journey in our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, preferably with experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage customer relationships from booking to possession.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules, outstanding dues, and collections.
- Assist with documentation, agreement execution, registration, and other formalities.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Support customers with home loan documentation and bank coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer records, payment details, and CRM reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, payments, and possession formalities.




- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfactory post-sales customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
- 1–5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or post-sales operations.
- Experience in the real estate or residential project industry is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and follow-ups efficiently.
