Herbal Maza is looking for Sales Executives to handle customer enquiries and grow sales of our herbal products.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain product information accurately using company-approved material.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain lead records, order details and follow-up schedules.
- Work towards agreed sales targets and build customer relationships.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and maintain accurate records.
- Sales experience in herbal products, wellness, FMCG or a related category is preferred.
- Avoid unsupported medical promises or guaranteed results when discussing products.
