Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Kochi – CSEZ, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end training for new and existing Home Health Medical Coders.
- Develop training materials, assessments, and competency programs.
- Monitor trainee performance, OJT progress, and production readiness.
- Analyze QA findings and coding errors to drive quality improvement.
- Lead and mentor the Training Team.
- Collaborate with Operations and QA to improve coding quality and productivity.

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in Home Health Medical Coding.
- Experience in training, coaching, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Home Health coding guidelines and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
