Job Purpose

To supervise daily garment production activities, manage sewing operators and helpers, achieve production targets, maintain product quality, control wastage, and ensure timely completion of production orders as per the approved plan.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

- Knowledge of garment stitching operations and sewing machines.
- Understanding of production planning, line balancing, and efficiency.
- Knowledge of garment quality standards and common sewing defects.
- Ability to prepare production reports using MS Excel or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of manpower management and production target monitoring.
