We are looking for an experienced Counsellor who can handle tellecalls , reception and Admin Staff and can conduct counselling with expected conversion .
prior experience specifically in an Aviation Institute/Academy is must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Counsel prospective students regarding aviation courses
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain student enquiry and admission records
- Handle day-to-day office administration
- Coordinate with students, parents and academy staff
- Prepare and maintain daily reports
Requirements:
- Age: 21–30 years
- Minimum 2 years of Counseling and Telecalling experience is mandatory
- Experience in an Aviation Institute/Academy is mandatory
- Positive knowledge of aviation courses and student counselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and office administration skills
- Confident,
presentable and professional personality
Location: Pradhan Nagar, Siliguri

Age: 21–30 years
