Job Summary:

CTSV Solutions is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing details about our services/products, answering customer queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Explain company services/products clearly and effectively to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them with appropriate solutions.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into prospects/sales.
- Maintain daily call logs and record customer interactions accurately.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Educational Qualification:



10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Diploma
- Language Skills:
- Tamil: Fluency in spoken Tamil is mandatory.
- Tamil Writing: Reading/writing knowledge in Tamil is preferred/fine.
- English: Ability to speak or write in English is an added advantage / benefit.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
- Skills Required:
- Good communication and active listening skills.
- Polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic phone etiquette and basic knowledge of computers.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
