1. Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA graduates to join our team as MBA Trainees – Business Promotion. The selected candidates will support business development activities, promote company services, identify new business opportunities, and assist in building solid relationships with clients and business partners.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Support business promotion and business development activities.
- Identify potential clients, customers, and new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Support client meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
- Maintain client databases and business development records.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Support the management team in achieving business development targets.

3. Eligibility Criteria

- MBA graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related specialization.




- Minimum 75% marks in academic qualifications.
- Excellent learning skills with the ability to quickly understand new concepts, processes, and business strategies.
- Freshers and recently passed-out candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good presentation, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to business growth.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business promotion activities, as required.
