Key Responsibilities:

➢ Drive and exceed monthly enrolment targets through effective end-to-end sales management —

both individual and team-based.

➢ Lead and manage a team of approx. 10 sales passionate, fostering a collaborative and positive

work workplace.

➢ Set clear goals aligned with company objectives andmonitor performance metrics.

➢ Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

➢ Coach,mentor, and develop team membersto enhance skills and productivity.

➢ Conductreviews and track team performance metrics, report on progresstowards goals.

➢ Contribute individually to key salesinitiatives and business growth.

➢ Identify and troubleshoot problems,



implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.

➢ Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovationsin the EdTech industry.

➢ Represent the team in interdepartmental meetings and collaborate effectively with key

stakeholders.

Requirements:

➢ Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing / Management.

➢ Minimum 2 year of leadership experience in EdTech sales.

➢ Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

➢ Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.

Further Details:

Location: Andheri.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Office Timings: 10 am to 7 pm.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
