We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Order Care Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing exceptional customer care throughout the order lifecycle. We are considering only candidates residing in Tiruppur.

Role and Responsibilities

- Understand product, end-to-end order fulfillment processes, protocols and the reason behind these
- Ability to multi task - Process and manage customer orders on the website with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate activities in inventory, production, and shipping to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare documentation to convey the order status across the team, follow up and initiate action based on the feedback
- Track and monitor order progress, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
- Proactively address issues during order processing.
- Work closely with the team to troubleshoot problems.
- Maintain clear communication with all departments to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Maintain accurate order records and documentation
- Generate regular reports on order status and metrics.




- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance order management efficiency
- Proven experience in order management
- Ability to understand and process orders to ensure timely delivery
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing
- Ensure zero error in every task Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize different tasks and meet order deadlines
- Timely completion of work
- Work independently to complete tasks
- Familiarity with order management systems or software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) or similar software
- Local residents only, the applicant must currently reside in Tiruppur.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
