Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites.

Conduct testing and ensure equipment functions properly after installation.

Verify electrical, gas, water, and drainage connections.

Ensure smooth handover and customer training after installation.

Service & Maintenance

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.

Attend breakdown service calls and provide timely solutions.

Repair and replace faulty components as required.

Minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Technical Support

Provide onsite technical support to customers.

Guide customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.

Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex service requirements.

Recommend spare parts and maintenance solutions when required.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and site visit reports.

Submit detailed service reports after every customer visit.

Track spare parts usage and inventory records.

Update management regarding service status and pending issues.

Requirements : 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment, HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical Maintenance, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, control panels, refrigeration systems, and gas-operated equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Valid Driving License required.

Willingness to travel for customer site visits.
