Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive / Sales Fresher role based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, and following up through calls, meetings, and email communication. The Sales Executive will present products or services, explain value propositions, handle basic objections, and support negotiation and closing of deals under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools, preparing simple sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.



The role also involves learning and following the company’s sales processes, participating in training sessions, and continuously improving product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospects and customers.
- Basic sales aptitude, including interest in lead generation, customer outreach, and closing sales; prior sales experience is an advantage but motivated freshers are welcome.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and daily reporting.
- Comfort with using computers, productivity tools, and (ideally) CRM or sales tracking software.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, resilience when facing rejection, and a strong customer service mindset.
