Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a QA Manual Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. REQUIREMENTS :

- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing.
- Experience reviewing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Expertise in writing clear test cases and executing structured test plans.
- Strong understanding of defect reporting, troubleshooting, and issue-tracking.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

NICE TO HAVE

- Ability to use approved AI-assisted tools to improve test coverage, documentation, and testing efficiency.
- Desire to learn Playwright in the future and gain automation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review requirements, user stories,



and acceptance criteria to create clear test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, usability, and end-to-end testing.
- Document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
- Work with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, story kick-offs, and checkpoints to identify quality risks early.
- Validate coverage for edge cases, user roles, permissions, error handling, validations, data accuracy, and integrations.
- Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and quality reports.
- Support UAT, production verification, QA process improvements, and approved AI-assisted testing activities.
