- Monitor procurement, inspection, and utilization of construction materials at site.
- Ensure availability of materials as per project requirements and work schedule.
- Coordinate with procurement, store, QA/QC, and project execution teams.
- Maintain records of material receipts, consumption, reconciliation, and stock.
- Monitor quality and quantity of incoming construction materials.
- Prepare material consumption reports and reconciliation statements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials at site/store.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Monitor wastage control and optimize material utilization.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and material standards.
- Knowledge of construction materials used in highway and infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of material reconciliation and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and reporting systems.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.
- Valuable analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
